The antithesis of the Unoaked version. Round toasty oak provides the background of this oaked variety. BFBA stands for “barrel fermented, barrel aged” which one would assume is equivelant to sucking on a 2x4, but interestingly, the extended contact in this case gives a nice middle palate and finish yet apple and pear fruit are prevalent on the attack.
