100% stainless steel fermented and aged gives this wine crisp acidity and fresh fruit. 100% MLF gives this wine a creaminess or buttery-ness often mistaken for Oak aging. This wine comes from a cooler vintage but has shown to have aged nicely. Enjoy on its own, or with delicate fish or poultry.
