Description
Very small batch produced (just 125 cases) from our low yielding block of 32 year old vines. 2008 was a cooler vintage so the wine is showing more “malic” character; ripe gala apples and bosc pears with a line of crisp acidity to drive the flavours through the medium length finish. A wonderful wine to enjoy on its own or paired with some soft cheeses and fruit. Please note that this wine is not intended for long cellar aging, it can be enjoyed nicely until 2013.
