Description
Medium bodied with crisp apple and lime zest. This wine comes from the 22 year old block of vines in Lot 31, careful management of the vines have led to lower yields and more intense character.The grapes underwent a cold soak period of 1 week before a light pressing and stabilization. Partial malolactic fermentation took place during a sur-lie aging of 5 weeks.
